Margaret LaubMargaret Laub (CEO) has a breadth of experience developing products, services and profitable companies in the technology-enabled healthcare services sector, using business models based on consumer engagement. She unites entrepreneurial skills managing innovation with the knowledge and experience to extend legacy products into new markets, scale operations for top and bottom line performance and integrate technology, people and process to deliver market value. She has pioneered direct-to-patient distribution, reimbursement and outcome management programs for specialty pharma, deployed market leading enrollment and member engagement technology and processes for state sponsored CHIP, Medicaid and health insurance exchange programs, and grew the acceptance and use by acute-care facilities of emerging sensor-based operational intelligence analytics to improve logistical processes and satisfaction for consumers and providers.

She received her BS from North Dakota State University and did graduate study in accounting at Northern Illinois University. She worked as an auditing CPA with Coopers & Lybrand; then transitioned into healthcare technology and services. She held senior roles over 12 years at McKesson Corporation, including President of McKesson Health Solutions. She was CEO of Archimedes, Inc. (a subsidiary of Kaiser Permanente founded by David Eddy, MD). She has also been CEO of Policy Studies, Inc. (private equity backed, now a division of MAXIMUS, Inc.) and CEO of venture-backed Intelligent InSites. She currently works as an adviser to and investor in early-stage companies led by women and those in Healthcare IT and Services sectors.



MikeMichael S. Victoroff, MD (Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer) was named “Family Physician of the Year” by the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians in 1996. He practiced family medicine and obstetrics for 19 years. He was a  Medical Director for Aetna from 1997-2002; from 2002-2006 he worked as an investigator for the University of Colorado Department of Toxicology on cases of suspected environmental chemical exposures. He is currently the consultant on health information technology in the Department of Risk Management and Patient Safety at COPIC Insurance, and Medical Director at Amara Health Analytics.

Dr. Victoroff is among the first physicians to become board certified in the subspecialty ofClinical Informatics. He is a widely sought expert on patient safety and risk management. He completed a fellowship in biomedical ethics, and has served on numerous ethics committees, including that of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has been a member of the Colorado Governor’s Commission on Life and the Law and the Judicial Affairs Committee of the Colorado Medical Society. He has chaired the Colorado Perinatal Care Council and the Colorado Medical Society Committee on Medical Informatics. In 1989, he developed an electronic medical record system (ChartR) for physician offices. As a risk management consultant for COPIC Insurance Company, he developed a coding system for medical errors that has been used in Federally-funded patient safety research.

His many publications include articles on bioethics, medical computing, managed care, medical errors and patient safety. He is a member of ASTM Technical Committee E31 on Healthcare Informatics, which is responsible for standards for Electronic Health Records and the Continuity of Care Record.



SharonSharon Feder (President and Founder) developed Lynx Collaborative Care to address gaps within the medical system that she became aware of in the course of caring for one of her sons, who has a constellation of complex medical conditions. A successful visual artist and mother of three boys, Sharon’s vision is to help people (patients, providers and advocates) get the most from the healthcare system. Her work with Lynx has gained support from medical professionals, patients, non-profit organizations, and condition-specific treatment centers across the U.S. She is recognized as one of the country’s leading advocates for the needs of patients and families with complex conditions.
